Silky and the future

In 2023 Keith started an organization called 'The Silky Project Inc.' Tin Can Bay Group, our goal is to make a life-size bronze copy of the statue and head for the 2032 Olympic Games in Brisbane.

After the Olympics Silky will go on tour again and then find a permanent home in the Gympie Shire

The Men Shed

We have partnered with the Australian Men's Shed Organization 'The Men's Shed' in Tin Can Bay to carry out the preparation of Silky and make the Moulds, bronze casting and the assembly of 'Silky'.

Thanks to all at The Men's Shed

You can meet Keith Gall here at 'The Men's Shed' weekday mornings from 9-12 at Amity Place just off Gympie Road
